Kate Martin & Daniel Foxx: Existential Queer

Two award-winning comedians, Kate Martin and Daniel Foxx, bring their hilarious new work-in-progress shows ‘The Butch is Back’ and ‘Villain’ to the Brighton Fringe. Whether it’s being mistaken for a man (Kate) or an elderly woman (Daniel), the two cover topics from growing up gay to bravely embracing oat milk. They’re here, they’re queer, and they’re doing their best to overcome a deep sense of existential fear.

Kate Martin: The Butch is Back (Work in Progress)

In her debut show, Kate explores navigating the world as a tall woman who’s often mistaken for a man... Join Kate as she realises it’s time to woman up and embrace the butch.

Daniel Foxx: Villain (Work in Progress)

A work in progress of Daniel’s debut solo show. From being the weird child in a small village to coming out as gay at 11 years old, one could say that bullying was a foregone conclusion. Join Daniel for a how-to survival guide on overcoming adversity and embracing your inner villain.
